Meal planning is notoriously difficult for us neurodivergent folks so why not come along and try it out in a welcoming, non-judgemental space?
Bring your favourite cookbooks or fire up your favourite food blogs. We’ll be using body-doubling to turn a chore into something bearable. Stay as long as you want. No pressure to have your camera on or interact in the chat (though we definitely encourage both!)

Click the Google Meet link to join. You do not need any special software or account; you can join on your phone or laptop.
