Values shape every aspect of our lives: how we see ourselves and other people, the jobs we go for, the decisions we make and how we show up in the world.
In this reflective writing workshop, you will be invited to explore your relationship to values, the ones you hold and reject, while questioning their impact in your life.
You will be guided through some reflective writing prompts and will have the opportunity to engage with fellow FieldTrippers in breakout rooms.
